Women who are confident, self-assured, and unapologetic in their actions and decisions ride assertively. They are not afraid to speak up, take charge, and stand up for themselves. These women exude a sense of empowerment and are not easily swayed by others' opinions or judgments. Their assertiveness allows them to navigate challenges with grace and determination. **

It is important to note that attitudes towards assertiveness in the workplace can vary greatly among women. While some women may find assertiveness attractive and a sign of leadership qualities, others may perceive it as aggressive or domineering. Ultimately, it depends on the individual's personal preferences and values. Communication, respect, and collaboration are key components in any professional setting, regardless of gender. **

To remove water pooling from the awning, you can try the following steps: 1. Use a broom or long-handled brush to gently push the water off the awning. Start from the lowest point and work your way up to avoid causing damage to the fabric. 2. If the water pooling is a recurring issue, consider installing a pitch kit or adjustable arms to the awning to create a slight slope, allowing water to run off more easily. 3. Regularly inspect and clean the awning to prevent debris from accumulating and causing water to pool. Additionally, make sure the awning is properly tensioned to prevent sagging and water accumulation. **

The use of "Schade" by the "Wessi" when annoyed with someone reflects a more indirect and passive-aggressive communication style. The "Wessi" may choose to say "Schade" as a way to express disappointment or disapproval without directly confronting the person. In contrast, the "Ossi" may be more assertive and direct in their communication, choosing to actively criticize the person they are annoyed with. This difference in communication styles may be influenced by cultural and historical factors, as well as individual personality traits. **

If swimming is not an option due to the weather, there are plenty of other leisure activities to consider. You could try indoor activities such as visiting a museum, watching a movie at the cinema, or trying out a new restaurant. Alternatively, you could engage in physical activities like going to the gym, practicing yoga indoors, or taking a dance class. If you prefer a more relaxed day, you could stay home and read a book, watch a TV series, or try out a new hobby like painting or cooking. **

If swimming is not an option due to the weather, another leisure activity that can be enjoyable is going for a hike in the mountains or a nearby nature trail. Hiking allows you to enjoy the outdoors, get some exercise, and appreciate the beauty of nature. Additionally, you could consider having a picnic in a park, going for a bike ride, or exploring a nearby town or city to discover new sights and experiences. These activities can still provide a fun and relaxing way to spend time outdoors when swimming is not possible. **
