Water in cans can be more environmentally friendly than plastic bottles because aluminum cans are more easily recyclable and have a higher recycling rate. Cans are also lighter than glass bottles, reducing transportation emissions. However, the production of aluminum cans still requires a significant amount of energy and resources, so it's important to consider the overall lifecycle impact of the packaging material. Ultimately, choosing water in cans over plastic bottles can be a more sustainable choice, but it's important to also focus on reducing overall consumption and promoting reusable options. **

Fresh water has gone in various places due to factors such as climate change, over-extraction for agriculture and industry, pollution, and deforestation. Climate change has led to shifts in precipitation patterns, causing droughts in some areas and heavy rainfall in others, leading to water scarcity in some regions. Over-extraction of water for agriculture and industry has depleted groundwater reserves and reduced water availability in many areas. Pollution from industrial and agricultural runoff has contaminated freshwater sources, making them unsuitable for human consumption. Deforestation has also contributed to the loss of fresh water as it disrupts the water cycle and reduces the capacity of forests to store and release water. **
